Our location is a bit different from the big city offices. We are out in Village Sarna, which is near Po Sarna in the Samba Tehsil of Jammu. It’s a lot quieter here than in Delhi or Bangalore. The address is just Vill Sarna, and everyone around here knows where that is. We are surrounded by a lot more open space and greenery than you’d find in a typical industrial area. The building is simple and functional, built to handle the weather we get in this part of JK. We don't have a lot of the distractions you get in a city, which is nice in some ways, but it also means things move a bit slower. Our team is mostly local people who have been here for years. We spend our time managing the operations and making sure things stay on track. It’s a practical environment without any of the fluff or fancy talk you get in corporate life. The roads can be a bit rough getting out here, especially after it rains, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a big cafeteria, so we usually just bring our own food and eat together. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We are just a business operating out of a small village in Samba, doing the work that needs to be done every day.
