Aviva Life Insurance

Our office for Aviva Life Insurance is at H No 42, Ward No 11 in Keshav Nagar. This is in Matyal, Katra, near Vaishno Devi in the Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir. Being in Katra means there is always a lot of movement because of the pilgrims, but Keshav Nagar is a bit away from the main rush. It is a more residential part of the town. The office is located in a house, which makes it feel very much like a local business. We have a room set aside for all the insurance files and a couple of desks for us to work at. Most of our day is spent dealing with local residents from Katra and the surrounding hills who need to manage their life insurance. We keep a simple schedule. The mornings are usually for organizing the paperwork and the afternoons are for meeting people. It is a quiet place to work compared to the main bazaar. We don't have any flashy advertisements. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by looking for the house number in Ward 11. It is a very basic operation. We focus on getting the details right on the forms and making sure the records are updated. We have a small window that looks out onto the street. It is just a normal, everyday office where we do our best to stay on top of the work.
