We operate out of House No 66 67 in Gurah Bakshi Nagar, right here in Jammu Tawi. It’s a nice area, and being in a house makes the office feel much more welcoming than a cold office building. We handle the Aviva Life Insurance tasks for people all over Jammu. The 180001 area is where we’ve set up our desks and filing systems. In the winter, it gets quite chilly, so we usually have a small heater running near our feet. We spend the morning going through the new applications and the afternoon following up on claims. It’s a lot of reading through fine print and making sure names are spelled correctly. We have a small courtyard out front where we sometimes take our lunch. It is a very peaceful way to work compared to the bigger cities. Most of our clients are our neighbors or people who live just a few blocks away. They stop by to chat or to ask about their policies, and we always have time for them. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us who know the business well. The shelves are full of binders from over the years. We take pride in just being here every day and doing the work without any fuss. It’s a simple, honest setup in a good neighborhood. We just keep things moving along at a steady pace.
