You can find us over at 40 B in the Karan Nagar Extension area of Jammu. It’s a fairly quiet part of town, which we appreciate when we’re trying to concentrate. The building is a sturdy one, tucked away a bit from the main noise of the city. We’ve been here at Ibm for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New houses go up, and old neighbors move away, but we’re still here at 40 B. Our workspace is pretty basic. We have some sturdy tables, a few computers, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. It’s not the kind of place that would win any design awards, but it’s comfortable and it’s ours. The winters here in Jammu can get quite chilly, so we usually have a small heater running near our feet while we work. In the summer, the ceiling fans are a lifesaver. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just talk to people like normal human beings. If there’s a problem, we fix it. If things are going well, we just keep working. Most of our day is spent handling local requests and making sure our records are kept straight. It’s honest work, and being located in Karan Nagar makes us feel like part of the community here. We like it that way.
