Over here at House No 33 in Sector 5, things are usually pretty steady. Trikuta Nagar is a good part of Jammu Tawi to be in. We aren't in a big glass tower or anything. It’s just a regular house that we use for the bank office. It makes it feel a bit more comfortable for the people who live nearby. I usually get in early to beat the heat and get the systems running. We handle all the normal stuff you’d expect from a bank branch. There are no fancy mission statements hanging on the walls here. We just have our desks and the equipment we need. Most of our visitors are neighbors who have been coming here for years. We know their names and they know ours. It’s a very direct way of doing things. If there’s a problem with a check or an account, we sit down and look at it together. The space is a bit tight sometimes, especially in the afternoon, but we manage just fine. We don't put on any airs. It’s just a group of us working in a converted house in Sector 5. It feels right for the area. We keep things simple and try to be as helpful as we can without making it complicated. That’s just the way we like to run things here. There is no mystery to what we do each day.
