Hardware Egg

Hardware Egg is what we call our little business here. We don't have a physical shop you can walk into right now, so we mostly handle everything through our email at ashokkumar bros at rediffmail dot com. It is a family thing, run by me and my brothers. We've been dealing with hardware supplies for a long time, though the name usually makes people stop and ask questions. We just liked how it sounded. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and making sure we can get the right parts for our customers. Since we don't have a big building to pay for, we can keep things pretty simple. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation with a huge marketing budget. We just write back to people when they send us an inquiry. Sometimes the replies are a bit slow if we are out on a delivery or checking stock, but we always get back eventually. We deal with a lot of different items, and it can get a bit confusing keeping it all straight, but we manage. Most of our customers have been with us for years and they know how we work. We don't bother with social media or fancy advertisements. We just rely on doing a decent job and being honest about what we have in stock.
