Customer Care Executive

We are the Customer Care Executive team located in Jammu. Our office is at F 220 in Rehari Colony. It is a well-known residential area that has a lot of small offices popping up lately. The weather here changes a lot, so some days are very cold while others are just fine. We work out of a modest building. It isn't anything special to look at, but it serves our purpose well. We have been here in JK for quite a while. Rehari Colony is a nice place to be based. It is close to the main parts of town but still feels like a neighborhood. We spend our days talking to people and trying to sort out whatever they need help with. It is just a few of us sitting at our desks. We don't have a big management structure or anything like that. We just talk to each other and get the work done. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon. It is a very relaxed environment, even when we have a lot of calls coming in. People in Jammu are generally friendly, and that makes the job easier. We like being part of the community here at F 220. We don't need a lot of flashy stuff to do our work. We just show up, do what is required, and go home to our families. It is a practical way to run things. We like it this way and plan to stay.
