We are based at H No 724 in Jmc Sector 3, which is right in the Bhagwati Nagar area of Jammu. Our place is on the Last Lane, just off Canal Road. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the vehicles moving along the canal. We deal with pharmaceutical products. The building is a regular house that we use for the business. Inside, it’s mostly shelves filled with boxes and bottles. We have a small desk where we handle the paperwork and take orders over the phone. It gets quite warm in Jammu during the summer, so we have a couple of fans going all day to keep the place cool enough for the medicine. We’ve been here for several years now, and we know the delivery drivers and the local shops pretty well. It’s not a shiny corporate warehouse. It’s a practical space where we keep track of what’s coming in and what’s going out. Sometimes the lane gets blocked by a truck unloading, and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life here. We don't have any big signs or flashing lights. It’s just a steady business where we show up every morning and do our work. We make sure everything is organized so we can find what we need quickly. It’s a bit crowded with all the stock, but we know where everything is.
