Chenab Textile Mills J&K

Our location at House Number 644 in Nangal Kotli is a bit of a walk from the main Mandi area in Gurdaspur. Chenab Textile Mills J&K has been a name around here for a long time, but this specific spot is where we handle a lot of the local coordination and administrative tasks. It’s a quiet place compared to the big factory floors, but there’s still a lot going on every day. You’ll usually find someone checking the samples of yarn or looking over the production sheets from the mill. The walls are a bit plain, and we have some old wooden chairs that have seen better days. It feels more like a home than an office because it’s in a residential part of the village. We get a lot of locals dropping by to ask about work or to deliver messages. Gurdaspur has its own slow pace, and we definitely follow that here. Sometimes we sit outside when the weather is nice to talk about the latest shipments of cotton or the state of the machines. It’s not a high-tech environment, just a lot of manual tracking and phone calls to the main plant. We deal with the ups and downs of the textile market every day. There’s always a faint smell of raw cotton in the air if you get close to the samples. It’s simple work, and we don't try to make it sound like anything more than what it is. We just keep the wheels turning.
