We are based at 20, Cauvery Nagar, on 2nd Street in the Kattur area of Trichy. It’s a local office that handles things for Royal Caribbeam Cruise Lines,Miami,U.S.A., which is a big name, but we deal with the local side of things here in Tamilnadu. We aren't sitting on a big ship; we're just in a normal office on a regular street in Trichy. Our day mostly involves helping people who have questions about the cruise line, whether they are looking for jobs or trying to sort out their travel plans. It’s a lot of talking to people and checking documents to make sure everything is correct. Kattur is a nice place to work, though it gets very hot in the afternoons. We have a small team here, and we’ve all gotten pretty good at navigating the paperwork needed for international travel. We don't try to sound like a big corporate travel agency; we’re just here to help the people in our community understand what they need to do. It’s interesting work because we get to hear about all the different places people are going. We just take things one day at a time and try to be as helpful as we can to whoever walks through the door. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us. We've been at this address for quite some time now.
