Ochoa Labs Ltd

Our place is in Jammu, specifically in Ajit Colony over at Goal Gujral. The address is House Number 27. It belongs to the Pandita family, and we’ve set up Ochoa Labs Ltd right there. It’s more of a home-office vibe than a big industrial lab. We are situated in a quiet residential street where kids play in the evenings and neighbors stop to chat. The office space is just a couple of rooms that we’ve converted to fit our needs. We have some basic equipment and plenty of storage for all the records we have to keep. It can get quite cold in the winter, so we usually have a small heater running near our feet. In the summer, the fans are always on full blast. We don't have a big staff, just a few local people who have been with us for a long time. We handle everything ourselves, from the cleaning to the technical work. There isn’t a lot of fancy technology here, just the stuff that is necessary to get the job done properly. People in the colony know we work here, so they often drop by just to say hello. We don’t mind the interruptions much because it keeps the atmosphere friendly. It’s a very grounded way of running a business, far away from the hustle of the big cities. We just take it one day at a time and keep things moving. There is no stress about looking perfect, just about doing the work right.
