We are located at 52, Rabindra Sarani, right across from the Rabindra Sangha Club. Being in Rabindra Nagar means we see a lot of local faces every day. This agency has been around for a bit, and we’ve seen the way people travel change over the years. We handle all sorts of travel arrangements, from train tickets to hiring cars for the mountains. It is a straightforward operation. We have a couple of desks, some maps on the wall, and usually a pot of tea on the go. Our staff lives nearby, so we know the area well. We don't go in for big advertisements or flashy signs. Most people find us because their friends or family told them we were reliable. It’s a noisy street sometimes, but we like being in the middle of things. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hotels and transport providers. It can be a bit chaotic during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go to the same places. We just take it one booking at a time. We don't claim to be experts in everything, but we know how to get things done in Siliguri. If a road is blocked or a train is delayed, we usually hear about it pretty fast.
