You can find us at house number 2082 in Pipe Line Bazar, specifically on Apc Sarani in the Desh Bandhu Para area of Siliguri. The building is called Swapnalaya. It’s more of a home-style office than a corporate one, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed. Leo Holidayz is where we spend our days planning out trips for people. Siliguri is a hectic place with all the markets and the rickshaws, so our little spot in Pipe Line Bazar is a bit of a retreat. We handle a lot of different requests, from small family outings to longer stays up in the mountains. I usually sit at the main desk surrounded by brochures and my old computer. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone with hotels and drivers to make sure everything is set. Sometimes the power goes out in Desh Bandhu Para and we just have to wait it out, maybe sit on the porch for a bit. It’s a small team here, just a couple of us who know the area well. We don’t go for all the flashy advertisements. We just focus on the logistics of getting from point A to point B. It’s a steady job and we’ve made a lot of friends through the business over the years. If you’re walking around APC Sarani, you can’t miss the Swapnalaya building. We are usually here during the day getting things ready.
