Saha Taxi Tour & Travel

Down at Old Bramha Kutir, you can find us at Saha Taxi Tour & Travel on the first floor. If you know the Sami building near Nts More, that is where we are. It is in the Desh Bandhu Para part of Siliguri. We spend most of our days here handling cars and bookings for people traveling around. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, but we manage just fine. It’s a busy enough spot with people coming in and out all the time. Sometimes the traffic outside near Nts More gets a bit loud, especially in the afternoons when everyone is heading home. We have been in this area for a bit now, and we know the neighborhood pretty well. It's just a regular workspace where we keep our records and talk to drivers. There isn’t much fancy about it, just some chairs and a desk where we do our paperwork. Desh Bandhu Para is a good place to be because it feels like a real community. We see the same faces walking by every day. When the weather is hot, we keep the windows open, though the dust from the road can be a bit much sometimes. It’s just how things are in Siliguri. We try to keep things organized so when someone calls for a taxi, we know exactly who is available and where the cars are parked. It takes a lot of time to get everything sorted, but that is basically what we do here every day from morning until we close up.
