Our office is located in Ghughumaali, right near the Chayan Para Bazar. It’s a lively neighborhood and we’ve been part of it for some time. We do a lot of different things related to travel and bookings here. Siliguri is a big junction, so there is always someone looking to head out somewhere. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us working out of this space. We spend most of our mornings checking routes and talking to drivers. The market nearby keeps things busy, and there’s always people walking past our door. We try to stay organized with our paperwork, though sometimes the desk gets a bit cluttered with notes and receipts. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just focus on the work. If you live around Chayan Para, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. We help people with tickets and planning their trips when they find it too confusing to do it themselves online. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we do things the old-fashioned way. It works out fine in the end. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in town. We just want to make sure the people who come to us get their travel sorted. It's a regular job for us and we take it seriously enough.
