Shining Tour & Travels

Shining Tour & Travels is located right over in Aravinda Pally on Rabindra Sarani. We are pretty easy to find if you look for the Inter Union Club or Bakul Tala More. The neighborhood is usually bustling with activity, and our little spot is right in the middle of it all. Working in Siliguri means you have to be ready for anything, especially with the way the weather changes. We have been in this location for some time, and most of the locals know us by now. We handle a lot of phone calls every day, mostly people asking about car rentals or how to get up to the mountains without too much trouble. It is not always easy work, and sometimes things get a bit chaotic when three groups show up at the same time. We try to keep things organized on our desks, but with all the maps and keys lying around, it looks a bit messy. Our team is just a few local guys who know the routes well. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and making sure the cars are in decent shape for the long drives. It is just a regular office where we drink too much chai and talk about the traffic on the main road. We don't use any big words or complicated systems. It is just us, some chairs, and a lot of talk about travel routes.
