If you know the GT Road in Goraya, then you know exactly where we are. It’s a loud place because of all the heavy trucks passing by at all hours of the day and night. We have been working out of this spot for a long time now. The building is older, and you can see the wear and tear on the walls, but it serves its purpose. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of machines and the smell of metal shavings and oil. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby area. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us on the shop floor with grease on our hands. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from early morning until the sun goes down. Punjab gets really hot in the summer, and the workshop feels it, but we just keep the fans going and carry on. We are part of a long line of workshops in this area. Everyone around here knows each other. Sometimes we borrow a tool from the neighbor or help someone out with a heavy load. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits. We wear what’s comfortable for working with heavy iron and steel. The floor is stained, and the windows are dusty, but that’s just how a real machine shop looks. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in through the door.
