Unique Industries (India)

We are tucked away at C-10 in Focal Point. If you spend any time in the industrial area, you know how it is. There are lots of trucks and noise all day long. At Unique Industries (India), we spend most of our time on the shop floor. There’s always a machine humming somewhere or someone moving crates around the yard. We’ve been at this specific location for a long time. The building shows its age a bit, with some cracks and old paint, but it serves our needs just fine. We do a lot of metalwork and fabrication. It’s greasy, heavy work and your hands are rarely clean by the end of the shift. We don’t have a big front office or a receptionist to greet people when they walk in. Usually, you just walk in and find whoever isn't busy. We have some old machines that still run better than the new ones we bought recently. Maintenance takes up a lot of our Saturdays. It’s just how things are when you’re running a small operation like this. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or websites. Most of our work comes from people we've known for years in the industry. The guys take their tea breaks together near the main door. It’s a simple routine. We start early, work through the list, and close up when the light starts to fade. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do.
