Our office is in the Patel Tower at Patel Chownk in Jalandhar. If you know the area, you know it's a busy spot with plenty of traffic. We are at Wh 158. It's a place where we handle a lot of sales and paperwork. Jalandhar is a big trade center, so there is always someone looking for something. We deal with various products and spend a lot of time talking to customers. The office isn't very big, but we make it work. We have some chairs for visitors and desks for our staff. There is always a stack of invoices or catalogs lying around. We don't really do much to make the place look fancy. It is a working office. Most of the people who come in are local business owners or technicians. We know many of them by name because they have been coming here for a long time. Sometimes we have tea while we discuss an order. It’s a very casual atmosphere. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days it can get a bit hectic. We just handle one customer at a time. It is a simple way of doing business, and it has worked for us so far. Being at Patel Chownk makes it easy for everyone to reach us. We just keep doing our thing and keep the books straight.
