Our shop is located at number 28 in Manjit Nagar, which is over in Basti Sheikh. It is a mix of houses and small businesses around here, so you have got neighbors and other shops right next door to us. We focus on making tools. There is a bit of a family-run vibe, even though we have grown a little over the years. Most days are spent working around grinders and lathes. There is almost always a layer of fine dust on everything, no matter how much we try to sweep it up at night. We make the kind of tools that people use for mechanical work. It is nothing too complicated, just stuff that really needs to be sturdy and reliable. Basti Sheikh has been our home for a lot of years. Most of the people in this neighborhood know who we are by now. Marketing or ads are not things we bother with. If someone needs a specific tool, they usually just stop by the shop and ask. Sometimes we sit outside for a few minutes when things get quiet. The street can be a bit narrow, so getting deliveries in can be a challenge when the big trucks show up. We have just learned to work around those little problems. A fancy corporate structure is not something we have. Just a few guys who really know their way around a piece of raw steel makes up the staff. We start early and finish when the work is done.
