Sumeer Udyog

Sumeer Udyog is based at C-54 in the Sports and Surgical Complex on Kapurthala Road. It’s a specific area where a lot of manufacturing happens. We have a small factory setup there. Most of our time is spent on the shop floor where the machines are. It gets pretty loud when everything is running, so we usually have to shout a bit to hear each other. We make various items that fit into the sports and surgical categories. It is hard work and the days can be quite long. We don't have a front office with a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our work clothes dealing with production. We've been in this complex for a long time and we know most of the other owners around here. We often share a cup of tea in the afternoon when things slow down a bit and the sun starts to set. Our focus is just on getting the orders done and making sure the quality is okay for the people who use our parts. We don't bother with fancy brochures or promotional events. People who need what we make usually find their way to Kapurthala Road eventually. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We take pride in just putting in a good day's work and heading home to our families.
