Rolson India is situated at E 70 in the local Industrial Area. It’s a straightforward industrial plot with a big gate and plenty of space for loading. Our daily life here revolves around the production and moving of goods. The air is always filled with the sounds of machinery from the neighboring units. We have a large workspace where most of the activity happens, and a small corner partitioned off for the paperwork. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We wear heavy shoes and don't mind getting our clothes a bit dirty while working. The walls are mostly bare, except for some calendars and safety notices. We’ve been at E 70 for quite a while, so we’ve seen the industrial area change over the years. Most of our staff have been with us since the beginning, and we just go about our business without much fuss. We don’t have a marketing department writing fancy stories about us. We just focus on the manufacturing and the logistics of getting our products out the door. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break and wait for it to come back on. It’s just part of working in this zone. We keep things simple and honest. When you come by, you’ll see us working on the floor or checking the latest batch of items.
