The Fire Boy Resto

We are over here in Jalandhar Cantt, right on Noormahal Road in Building No. 1. If you're looking for us, we are pretty close to the big BSNL Tower, near Village Dhina. It’s a spot where we serve food to the local crowd and anyone passing through the Cantt area. The kitchen stays pretty warm most of the day, which I guess matches the name. We started this place because we wanted something local in this part of Jalandhar. It’s not a huge restaurant, just a decent-sized space where people can sit down and eat. We spend a lot of time prepping ingredients in the morning before we open up. The 144005 area is usually quite busy with military folks and locals. Sometimes the traffic on Noormahal Road gets backed up, especially near the tower. We try to keep the tables clean and the food coming out at a steady pace. It’s a lot of work, but we like being part of the neighborhood. You might see us out front talking to the neighbors or fixing something that broke. We don't do anything too fancy here. It’s just us making meals and making sure people have a place to sit. The menu is what it is, and we try to get the orders right every time, though things get a bit crazy during the dinner rush. There’s always dishes to wash and floors to sweep, but that’s just life in a kitchen.
