State Public School

Our school is located in Shahkot on Parjian Road, in a place called Bagga, near Jalandhar. It’s a bit of a rural setting, surrounded by fields and open land. The air is a bit fresher out here than in the middle of the city. We have a decent-sized building with a large gate that leads into a dusty parking area. Every morning you see the buses coming down the road, kicking up dust as they bring kids from the surrounding villages. The school building is simple, mostly white walls and blue trim. Inside, the hallways are wide and the classrooms get plenty of sunlight from the large windows. We have a big playground where the students spend a lot of time playing cricket or just running around. The teachers here are local folks who know the families in Shahkot and the nearby areas. It's a very straightforward environment. We don't have a big office or a reception area with fancy chairs; it’s just a place to work. The daily routine is always the same—morning assembly, then classes, then a lunch break where everyone sits outside if the weather is nice. We’ve been here for a while and most people in the area know where to find us on Parjian Road. It’s just a basic school serving the local kids from the villages and the town.
