Our place, Sevco Tools Corp., sits right at 24, Aman Nagar Chowk. If you know the chowk, you've probably walked past us a dozen times without thinking much of it. It’s a decent spot for a business like ours. There’s a lot of traffic and people moving about all day. We deal with tools every day. It’s what we do. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and parts. It isn't the cleanest place in the world, but we know where everything is. Aman Nagar has a specific feel to it, and we've become part of that over time. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of people, despite the name. It’s just a few of us here at number 24. We spend a lot of time sorting through inventory. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit, but it works for us. People come in from the chowk looking for bits and pieces. We help them find what they need and that's about it. No big speeches or fancy brochures here. We just like the work. It’s honest and it keeps us busy. The neighborhood knows us as the tool guys on the corner. We’ve been here long enough that the locals just wave when they pass by. It’s a good way to live and work, really. Just keeping things moving at Sevco Tools Corp. every day. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It helps pass the time when it is quiet outside and the rain starts coming down on the roof.
