At Proxima Steel Forge Pvt. Ltd., we spend most of our hours over at B-15 in the Industrial Focal Point. This is Phase-I, so things have been established here for a long time. It’s a noisy part of town because of all the forging and metal work, but that is just how it is. We have the usual setup for a steel forge. Some days the heat is quite something, especially in the middle of summer. We just get on with the jobs we have on the floor. It’s not a quiet desk job, that’s for sure. We’ve seen the area change over the years as more units opened up nearby. Our place is easy to find if you know your way around the Focal Point. It's a simple brick and metal building, nothing too flashy. We keep the inventory moving and the hammers going. People around here know us as a regular fixture of the industrial estate. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just a bunch of us who know how to handle steel and keep the production line from stopping. It gets dusty and loud, but we like the work. There’s always something to do or a machine that needs a bit of grease. We stay late when we need to. That is just how the business runs in this part of the city. We don't worry about being fancy; we just worry about the steel and getting it ready for our customers.
