N. S. Hydraulics (India)

We are based at E-56 in the Focal Point. It’s a straightforward industrial unit where we handle all the hydraulic work for N. S. Hydraulics (India). The area is full of similar workshops, so there is always a lot of activity and noise in the air. We have our benches set up for stripping down cylinders and checking various valves. It’s dirty work with a lot of oil involved, so the floor is never really as clean as we might like. We don’t mind that, as it shows we are actually doing the work. The unit is big enough for the equipment we need, but it can feel small when there are several big jobs happening at once on the floor. We’ve been at this Focal Point address for a long time now. It’s convenient for the local businesses that need their machinery fixed without a long wait. We don’t have a big office or a secretary to answer phones. Usually, one of us just wipes their hands on a rag and picks up the receiver. We just focus on the task at hand. There’s no need for fancy talk when you’re dealing with hydraulic leaks and pressure seals. We just do the repairs and get the stuff back to the owners. It’s a basic setup that works for us and the guys working here. We just like to get through the work and go home.
