If you’re looking for Malik Tools Corporation, we’re right across from the post office in Basti Sheikh. It’s a busy little corner of the world. We’ve been dealing with tools for a long time now, and the shop is usually packed to the ceiling with stuff. It might look a bit disorganized to someone walking in for the first time, but we know exactly which shelf has what. Dealing with hardware and tools isn't always clean work. Our hands are usually a bit greasy and there's always a bit of dust on the counters. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that. It’s just us helping whoever walks through the door. Some days it’s quiet and we spend time cleaning up or checking the stock, other days it’s a total madhouse with people needing things fixed or replaced immediately. Basti Sheikh is a good place to be, even if the traffic gets a bit much in the afternoons. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town, just the one that’s open when you need a specific wrench or a part that’s hard to find. We’ve seen a lot of faces come and go over the years. Some people have been coming here since they were kids with their dads. We just keep the lights on and keep the shelves full. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We don't really bother with the internet much.
