Kaka Chicken

Kaka Chicken is located in Dhobhi Mohalla on Sky Lark Road in Jalandhar City. It is a part of town that has been around for a long time. We have our shop set up here and we spend most of our hours dealing with the daily supply of chicken. Jalandhar is a city that loves its food, so we are usually kept quite busy. We don't have a big fancy storefront with neon lights. It is just a regular shop where we do the prep work and serve the customers who walk in. The street outside, Sky Lark Road, is often jammed with cars and rickshaws, especially during the festival seasons. We have a routine that we follow every single day. We get the birds in, do the cleaning, and then wait for the evening rush. It is hard on the back and the legs because we are standing all day. We don't have a website or any social media pages that we manage. We just rely on the people who live in Dhobhi Mohalla and the surrounding areas to keep coming back. We know what our customers like and we try to have it ready for them. It is a very basic business, really. We don't overthink things. We just provide the chicken, take the money, and make sure the shop is ready for the next day. It is honest, hard work and we are okay with that life.
