You can find Grand (India) at 400 Shiv Nagar in the industrial area. This place is pretty much what you'd expect from a workshop in this part of town. It’s loud, it’s busy, and there’s always something going on. We don't have a fancy reception area. Usually, the door is open to let some air in, and you can just walk in. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we usually prioritize the work over the decor. We handle various tasks throughout the day. Some days we are buried in orders, and other days we’re cleaning up the workspace. We don’t really do the corporate thing here. We talk plainly and we expect the same from others. The industrial area is a tight-knit community in a way. We know the guys next door and we help each other out with tools sometimes. It’s a practical environment. We focus on getting things done without making a big fuss about it. We’ve learned a lot over the years by just doing the work and seeing what happens. It's not always perfect, and sometimes we have to redo things, but we always make sure it gets finished eventually. That's just how we operate at Shiv Nagar. We keep things simple because life is complicated enough as it is. Most of our clients are people who just want the job done right.
