Our workshop is located in Basti Guzan, which is a place that feels very much like a community. We’ve been manufacturing tools here for quite a while now. The building is older, and you can see the history in the walls and the way the floors are worn down in certain spots. We don't have a fancy showroom with glass cases. Instead, you’ll find workbenches covered in shavings and tools in various stages of being finished. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We spend our mornings setting up the machines and getting the materials ready. There is a lot of pride in just making something that is solid and does the job it was built for. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most of the people who buy from us have been coming here for years, or they heard about us from a friend. We take our time with the work, even when there is a lot to get through. It’s not about being the fastest, just about making sure the tools don't fail when someone is using them. Sometimes the neighborhood kids peek in through the door to see what all the noise is about. It’s a simple, local way of doing things, and we wouldn't want it any other way. We just keep our heads down, stay busy, and keep making tools for the folks who need them.
