Gangasons

Gangasons is situated on the G.T. Road Bye Pass in V. Chuggitti. Being right on the bypass means we see a lot of long-distance trucks and travelers passing by every single hour. It is a noisy spot, but it is good for business because people can find us easily. We have been here in Jalandhar for quite a long time. The building is an older style, not one of those new glass boxes you see popping up. Inside, things are laid out in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to someone else. We handle a variety of items, mostly related to the industrial side of things. There is no big marketing team here. It’s just us, the owners and a few workers who have been with the family for years. We spend our days checking orders and talking to people who stop their trucks to ask about parts. The weather in Punjab gets very extreme, so we are either freezing in the winter or sweating in the summer while we work. We don't have a fancy website or a lot of brochures. If someone wants to know what we have, they just walk in and ask. It’s a very old-school way of doing business, but it works for us. We just keep the doors open and do what we do every single day without making a big fuss about it. Most of the time we are busy with loading stuff.
