We are over at 63-A in Nijatam Nagar, specifically in the Basti Nau area. Derpet Machine Tool Accessories has been operating out of this spot for a bit now. It’s a bit of a maze back here in these streets if you aren't used to the neighborhood. We keep a lot of stock on the shelves, mostly accessories and different bits for various machines. It gets a little crowded in the shop when a new shipment comes in from the suppliers. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team telling people what to do. It’s just us handling the orders as they come in. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to chat for a minute while we’re busy packing things up for delivery. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the place gets a bit messy when we’re really busy with a large order. That’s just how it goes in a place like this. Most of our tools go out to the other local shops nearby. We know what works and what doesn't because we see these parts every single day. The weather gets pretty hot in the summer months, so we keep the big fans going all day long to stay cool. It’s a very straightforward business for us. There are no big corporate meetings here, just us deciding what needs to be ordered for next week. If you need a specific part, we usually have to go digging through the back until we find the right box.
