We have been operating out of 7-9, New Udyog Nagar for quite some time now. Active Tools Pvt. Ltd. is basically what we do every day, just handling tools and making sure everything is in order. Fazilpur is a busy area, and being on Randhawa Masandan Road means we see a lot of trucks passing by. Our building isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where work gets done. My brother and I usually handle most of the stuff that comes in. We started with just a few items on the shelves and it kind of grew from there without us planning it too much. It gets a bit loud with the nearby units, but you get used to it. We don't really have a big corporate story. We just show up, open the shutters, and see what the day brings. Sometimes the inventory is a mess because we had a busy week, so we spend Saturday cleaning up. We don't do those big speeches about being the best. We just know where everything is located in the warehouse. If someone needs a specific part, we usually can find it eventually. It’s a bit dusty, and the tea guy comes around at eleven. That’s pretty much the life here. We like the neighborhood. People stop by to chat even if they aren't buying anything. It feels like a real community in this part of the industrial estate.
