Om Bhoutik Real Estate

Our office for Om Bhoutik Real Estate is at Plot No- 61 in the 2nd Phase of Basni, within Transport Nagar. It’s an area full of heavy vehicles and industrial activity, so it’s not exactly a quiet neighborhood. We’ve been operating from this plot for a while now. The office is basically a small room where we keep our files and meet with people. It gets quite dusty with all the trucks moving nearby, so we spend a lot of time cleaning. We don’t have any fancy furniture, just what we need to get the job done. Most of our visitors are people involved in the transport business or local workers looking for a bit of land or a place to stay. We know the Basni area very well, especially the 2nd Phase. It’s a tough, hardworking part of town, and our business reflects that. We don't use any polished language or big sales pitches. We just tell people what is available and what the situation is. Sometimes we share a tea with a driver or a local owner and talk about the market. It’s a very basic, honest way of working. No big corporate offices for us. We’re right here where the action is, among the warehouses and the transport hubs, just doing our daily property work in our own simple way.
