We are located out in Banar Village, right on the Jodhpur-Jaipur Road. It’s a busy road with a lot of trucks and cars going past all the time. Our office is a simple place where we handle property matters for people in the village and those looking for land along the highway. Working in Banar is different from working in the big city. Things move a bit slower, and we like it that way. We spend a lot of time sitting outside or in our small office, talking to folks who have land they want to sell or people looking to start something new near the Jodhpur-Jaipur highway. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. Most people find us just by seeing our name as they drive past or by asking around in the village. We know the local land very well and who owns which plot. It’s a lot of manual work, checking boundaries and making sure the papers are in order. We don't use corporate language because that’s not how people talk around here. We just have honest conversations about what a piece of land is worth and what it can be used for. If you’re driving between Jodhpur and Jaipur and pass through Banar, you’ll likely see our place. We are just local people helping other local people with their property. It’s a basic life, but it suits us just fine. We plan to stay right here for a long time.
