Our place, Radhey Krishna Properties, is at 179 Shastri Nagar in the Sindhi Colony area. We are located right opposite Kailash Dham, which is a very easy landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. Shastri Nagar is a lively neighborhood, and being in Sindhi Colony means we are right in the thick of things. The office at 179 is where we spend most of our daylight hours. We deal with all sorts of local property matters. It isn't a fancy corporate environment. We have some old wooden desks and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. People come in to talk about selling their homes or finding a new shop to rent. Since we are opposite Kailash Dham, we get a lot of foot traffic from people visiting the area. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. There are no complicated speeches here. We just look at what is available and tell people the facts. The streets can get a bit narrow and crowded around here, but that is just how Sindhi Colony is. We have been part of this community for years. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sitting with neighbors over a cup of tea discussing the latest property values. It is a slow and steady kind of business. We focus on Shastri Nagar because that is what we know best.
