Our shop is at number 9 in Sindhi Colony. We are quite close to Jaljog Circle, which is a major landmark for anyone trying to find us. If you know the circle, you won’t have much trouble getting to the colony. It’s a fairly settled neighborhood, not as loud as the main markets, but still has its own pace. We deal with property in the surrounding streets. Most of the people who come in are locals or someone who has heard about us from a neighbor. We keep things very simple at the office. There are no big posters or digital screens, just some chairs and a table where we can look over papers. Dealing with property here means knowing the history of the colony and who has been living where for the last twenty years. We don't try to push anyone into anything they don't want. Mostly, we just listen to what someone needs and see if we have anything on our list that matches. The tea stall nearby is where we spend a lot of time talking to other residents. That’s usually where we get the best information about what’s going on in the area. It’s a small-scale operation and we like it that way. We aren't trying to be the biggest dealers in the city, just the ones who know Sindhi Colony and Jaljog Circle the best. It is a quiet way to run a business.
