We are located on Guda Road in Jhalamand, right near the Meera Complex. It’s a straightforward area, and we like to keep our business just as simple. We mostly deal with land and residential plots around this part of Jodhpur. People come to us because they know we sit here every day and we know the local land records pretty well. We aren't a big company with branches everywhere; we are just a local office where you can come and have a glass of water while we look over a map. The area near Meera Complex has been getting busier lately, with more people wanting to build houses further out. We spend a lot of time walking around the plots and checking the markers. We don’t use any complicated language or try to push people into buying something they don't want. Usually, we just tell them what the neighbor sold for and what the water situation is like in that specific patch of ground. It is a quiet life for the most part, except for the dust from the road. We just want to make sure that when someone buys a piece of land through us, they know exactly what they are getting. No surprises, just honest dealings between people who live in the same town.
