Ishwar Properties

This is Ishwar Properties and you can find us over by the Banar Road and Bhopalgarh Road junction, right near the Railway Station in Banar. It is a dusty area with a lot of movement because of the trains and the main roads meeting right here. We spend a lot of time watching the commuters go by while we handle the local property stuff. Being near the station means we get a lot of people asking about land or houses in the surrounding villages and newer settlements. It is not a quiet office because of the railway noise, but it keeps us in the middle of everything. We have been working from this Banar location for quite some time. The area is changing quite a bit with new construction popping up along Bhopalgarh Road. We just try to keep up with who owns what and what might be coming up for sale soon. It is mostly local talk and handshakes around here. We don't have a big corporate setup or anything like that. Just a simple place where people can come talk about real estate without any fuss. The weather gets really hot in the summer, so we usually have the fan going full blast while we look over maps and documents. If you are getting off at the Banar station, we are just a short walk away. That is basically the situation at Ishwar Properties and how we spend our work days.
