Salasar Balaji Properties

You can find Salasar Balaji Properties over by the Mahamandir Circle, just outside the 2 Pole area. It’s a busy spot with lots of traffic coming through the circle at all hours. Our place is easy to spot if you are looking for it, but it’s just a regular office like any other. We have a few chairs for people to sit while we talk about whatever property they are interested in. The walls are a bit plain, maybe they need a new coat of paint, but we haven't got around to it yet. Outside, the noise of the city is always there. You hear the buses and the rickshaws all day long. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the road, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the tables. We don't have a big team of people. It’s usually just one or two of us here. We handle things as they come. People stop by on their way somewhere else just to ask a quick question about a plot or a rental. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. The Mahamandir Circle is always evolving. We just keep doing our thing, day in and day out. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We drink a lot of chai and talk to a lot of neighbors. That’s basically how the day goes for us at our little spot near the pole. It's a living, and we are used to the noise.
