Aditya Properties

We set up Aditya Properties right on Main Banar Road, specifically at Plot No. 1 in the Ram Nagar area. If you know where Rajasthan Hospital is, we are right across from it. It is a handy landmark since almost everyone knows the hospital building. The office itself is not anything special to look at, just a place where we get our daily work done. Ram Nagar is a growing area and we have seen a lot of changes over the years. We spend a lot of time driving out to different plots and checking on things for people. It is dusty work sometimes but it is what we know. People come in looking for land or wanting to move, and we try to sort them out as best as we can. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is usually just a couple of us handling the phones and the walk-ins. Some days are slow, while on others we cannot even find time for lunch. Being on the main road means we get a lot of noise from the traffic, but it keeps us busy. We have been at this address for a good while now and know the local shortcuts and which areas have issues. We just give honest answers when people ask about a property. It is a straightforward way to run a business. We like the community here in Ram Nagar and plan to stay put for the future.
