We operate our business out of the Kudi Bhagtasni Housing Board area. It is a well-known spot in the community, and we have been dealing with properties here for a very long time now. It is mostly a residential area, so we see a lot of local families looking for their first homes or people trying to sell their old family places to move somewhere else. We do not have a big corporate setup or a fancy glass building. It is just a small local shop where we keep our files, answer the phone, and meet people who walk in. Most of our day is spent walking around the different housing board blocks, checking out the condition of houses and talking to the owners. We know which streets are quiet and which ones get a bit more noise from the main road. Dealing in property here is mostly about knowing the actual people in the neighborhood. We help with the paperwork and try to make sure both the buyer and the seller are on the same page before anything is signed. It can be a bit slow during some months, but then it picks up suddenly. People usually find us by word of mouth from their cousins or they just see our board while walking through Kudi Bhagtasni. We like it here; it is a decent, hardworking community.
