Vinayak Vishnu Foods

Vinayak Vishnu Foods is based in Bani Park on Kantichandra Rd, specifically at D-193. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads, but we stay pretty busy with our daily routines. We spend most of our time preparing food and getting things ready for customers. The kitchen area is where most of the action happens. It’s not a fancy setup, just good stoves and plenty of space for chopping and mixing. We started out small and have just kept going at the same location. The smell of spices is usually pretty strong around the entrance. We have a few delivery guys who come and go throughout the day, so there is always a motorbike parked outside. Most of our regulars are people who live nearby or work in the local offices in Bani Park. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Word usually gets around if the food is okay. The shop front is simple with just a small sign. We try to keep the place clean, but it's a working kitchen, so there is always a pot bubbling or a bag of flour being moved. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected, and we just have to tell people to come back tomorrow. It’s a very grounded way to work. We just focus on the food and the customers who show up at the door. It keeps us on our toes every day.
