Veggi Food

If you’ve ever walked down Shipra Path in Mansarovar, you might have seen Veggi Food tucked away there. We are really close to the Neerja Modi School, so we see a lot of parents and kids running around in the mornings and afternoons. It gets quite busy when school lets out. Also, the Building Technology Park is right nearby, which means we get a lot of office folks coming in looking for something to eat during their lunch breaks. It’s a lively spot to be in. We aren't trying to be some five-star restaurant or anything, just a place where you can get some decent food. The kitchen stays pretty hot, and sometimes the orders get a bit backed up when everyone arrives at once, but we do our best to keep up. Mansarovar is a big area, but this little corner feels like its own small world. We spend a lot of time just prepping vegetables and making sure everything is ready before the lunch rush hits. It’s a lot of work, standing on your feet all day, but it’s good to see familiar faces from the Technology Park coming back day after day. We don't have a big corporate plan, we just want to make sure the food is okay and that people leave happy. It’s just us here, trying to make a living on Shipra Path.
