Capital Dairy Products

Our shop is tucked into Agarwal Market at 1014, right on Baba H. C. Marg. If you have ever walked through Chandpole Bazar, you know how crowded it gets with people and rickshaws everywhere. We have been dealing with dairy products here for a long time. It is a busy spot. Every morning starts early, before the sun is even fully up, because that is when the fresh stuff arrives. We spend a lot of time cleaning counters and moving crates around. The market has its own rhythm, and we are just one part of it. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have the cooling units running to keep everything right. There is always a bit of a line during festival times when everyone wants extra for their cooking. We don't have a lot of space for sitting around, so it is mostly stand-up work. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. Most of our regulars are people from the nearby lanes who have been coming to us for years. They know where we are. We don't do much advertising because the word of mouth in Chandpole Bazar is enough. We just try to keep the stock fresh and the prices fair for the neighbors. It is a simple business, really. Just milk, curd, and whatever else comes in that day. We stay until the market starts to quiet down in the evening hours when everyone goes home.
