If you know the bazar, you know how crowded and loud it gets, especially in the mornings when the fresh goods start arriving. Mahima Dairy Food (P) Ltd. is right in the middle of all that action. We deal with milk and other dairy products, so our work starts way before most people are even awake. By the time the sun is up, we’ve already moved hundreds of containers. It’s a wet, cold job sometimes because of the refrigeration and the ice, but you get used to it. The market is always buzzing, and sometimes it’s hard to even find a place to park a bike near our entrance. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s a functional space with tiled floors that we have to scrub down all the time to keep things clean. It’s hard work and your hands usually smell like milk at the end of the day. We’ve been in Agarwal Market for a long time, and we’ve seen shops come and go, but we just keep doing what we do. People come to us because they know we are here every single day, rain or shine. It is just a basic dairy business run by people who don't mind getting their hands dirty. We have a few old fans that rattle all day, and the billing desk is a bit wobbly, but it serves the purpose.
