Vcan Events

Down at Bani Park, specifically on Jhotwara Road at G 4, you’ll find us at Vcan Events. Our space is usually full of samples and brochures for different decorations. It’s a busy road, so there’s always the sound of horns and traffic coming through the windows. We spend a lot of time on our mobiles, talking to caterers or checking if the flower guy is going to show up on time. The office isn't very tidy because we’re always in the middle of planning something new. There are rolls of fabric in one corner and some lighting equipment in another. We have a couple of desks shoved against the wall where we keep our schedules. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a movie; it’s just a workspace where we try to keep everything organized. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up a floor plan or a guest list. We don't really have a set routine because every event is different. One day we’re worrying about tents, and the next it’s about sound systems. We just handle whatever comes up. People stop by to talk about their parties, and we sit around the main table with some tea. It’s a lot of coordinating and making sure we haven't forgotten anything small. It gets hectic, especially during the wedding season, but we just keep pushing through the list of tasks.
