Vcan Events

Vcan Events is over at G-4 in the R.K. Tower. We are located near the old Pital Factory in the Bani Park area. It is a well-known spot, so people usually don't have trouble finding us once they get to the factory landmark. The office is on the ground floor, which makes it easier to move equipment in and out without dealing with stairs. We have a lot of metal trunks and cable bags sitting around the corners. It’s not the most beautiful office, but it works for what we do. The lighting is a bit dim in the back, but we have enough desk lamps to see our work. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones talking to vendors or checking on deliveries. There is a lot of industrial history around this part of Bani Park, and you can still feel that vibe in the neighborhood. We don’t bother with fancy uniforms or anything like that. We just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day of work. Sometimes we order lunch from the dhabas nearby and eat at our desks while we look at floor plans. It is a lot of logistics and making sure we have enough tape or batteries for the next job. We just try to stay on top of the list and get things done before the deadline hits. That’s pretty much how we spend our days here.
