Vandana Traders

We've been here at Plot No 168 for quite a while now. Murari Das Ki Gali is a busy spot, especially being so close to Ghanta Ghar. Most days start with the sound of the shutters going up. It gets pretty loud outside with the rickshaws and people walking by to the clock tower area. Vandana Traders is just a regular place where we handle our daily trading work. We don't have fancy offices or anything like that. Just a couple of desks, some plastic chairs, and the stock piled up. Sometimes the dust from the street gets in, so we spend the first twenty minutes just cleaning up. It's a tight space but we make it work for what we need. The neighbors are alright, mostly other small businesses doing the same thing. You know how it is in these old parts of town where everyone is squeezed in together. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit in the afternoon, so we just sit outside and talk until it comes back. It isn't anything special, just an honest day's work. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the corner table when things get hectic. People know us by the address more than anything else. We’ve seen the area change over the years, but the Ghanta Ghar still stands there watching over everything. We just keep moving along with the day.
